CAR PICK UPS AND RETURNS

During our opening hours at our office

Monday to Friday 10.00 - 18.00

Saturdays 10.00 - 14.00

other times and your return to the airport from our office need to be arranged upfront.

Alternatively we can deliver the rental car to Alicante airport or to your rental destination in Torrevieja and surrounding areas for an extra of 40€ ( this includes the pick up and the return)

For car collections at Alicante airport we will wait for you in the arrivals area with a sign with your name on

Car returns at Alicante Airport have to be in the public parking area on the 5th floor on right hand side as you come up the last ramp. We will wait for  you there to take posession of the car. 

If you book an Airport collection with AirportrunsRus to be taken to your holiday home we deliver the car free of charge to you.

Any car return must happen as initially agreed because if the rental contract expires also the car insurance expires.

This is classified as an offence and can be fined by the authorities  with 1500€ and points + extra costs for tow cars etc.

With the car you will receive a rental contract, car papers and insurance papers containing all informations/Tel numbers in case of emergencies.
